- The contract is subject to a non-exclusive framework agreement with one beneficiary, for the appointment of a specialized agency in the field of asbestos, responsible for:
• Updating the existing visual asbestos inventory;
• Drawing up and updating a management plan;
•Itvisits and visual inspection of the premises involved. Sampling of suspicious materials and description of the situation, Sample analysis - Report with risk assessment and photos;
•Providing a destructive asbestos analysis report in the context of renovation projects;
•Providing adescription of the technical provisions regarding asbestos removal;
•If necessary, assistance in applying for an environmental permit;
•Site monitoring in the context of asbestos removal.
The contracting authority draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that the subject ofthe contracts based on the framework agreement (type of services, scope of services, etc.), as well as the frequency of their award, cannot be defined during the call for competition. Tenderers should be aware that in some cases they have indefinite contractsperiods will have to deliver a large volume of performance.
There is no minimum order quantity. Orders are placed according to the needs of the contracting authority, without the beneficiary being entitled to any compensation.
