Description:
The hospital wishes to conclude a framework agreement for arthroscopic resection material.
The hospital wishes to purchase or rent 2 new arthroscopy towers for the operating room and 2 new pumps with associated consumables.
The consumables consist ofshavers, RF probes for the towers and tubing for the pumps.
The order consists of one plot for purchase and one plot for rental. The client will only award one of the two lots.
This assignment is within the framework of a framework agreement with one supplier, whereby the partial assignmentand are always carried out on demand via an order form.
The term of the assignment is 6 years.
The product specifications are further described in Chapter III. Technical Provisions and in the excel file appendix IV. Technical provisions.
The assignment is assigned in its entirety to the contractordriver who submits the most economically advantageous regular quotation.
The estimate of the need is the estimate over the entire term of the file. The estimate does not imply a commitment for the quantity to be purchased.
