- In order to meet the diversity of communication assignments, the City of Bruges wishes to use this government assignment to create a pool of a maximum of four partners who provide support with copywriting and final editing in the context of the broader communication strategies of the City. These agencies will be assigned assignments within the framework of this framework agreement, based on quotations, availability, relevant expertise and professional qualifications. Although the City of Bruges has a lot of internal issues expertise, the city wants to call on the expertise, creativity and flexibility of external partners in the event of a shortage of internal capacity or specific substantive needs. The assignments are situated within both recruitment and administrative areas communication, tailored to target groups and always in accordance with the corporate identity of the City of Bruges, Brugge Plus and the BMCC. The City is looking for partners who can strengthen or supplement existing expertise with fresh, innovative ideas. Collaboration should not be done alone ensure substantive and stylistic diversity, but also a smooth, efficient and committed approach, ideally with partners who already have an affinity with Bruges or are willing to build one.
