AG Cultural Institutions Antwerp/Heritage wishes to appeal to an expert partner (Art Handler) for the organization, planning and implementation of art transports for exhibitions, events and presentations who appropriate the transport of precious and delicate heritage objects can take care of. The assignment includes, among other things (purely for example): • The collection of heritage objects from various lenders or other museums (both internal and external) and the preparation thereof. • Packing the exhibited art objects correctly. • Returning the art objects to the loan lender or other museums. • (organizing) transport. This can relate to land, air, water and/or train transport. • The complete administrative processing (permits, customs documents, etc.) • Management and support of the supervisors (transport, stay, etc.) • Taking out the required insurance and handling any damage files. • The sub -assignment may also contain a mandatory location. • ...
