Explanation: Based on this framework agreement, Vito wishes to appoint a creative communication partners for the: guidance of the communication strategy; framework of a framework agreement and framing in the implementation of Vito projects. This means that the retained contractor in close consultation with the persons appointed by Vito thinks along about the communication strategy and is responsible for the elaboration and implementation of this strategy. It is therefore expected from the tenderer that it not only has the necessary experience and knowledge in terms of implementation of communication skills such as activating storytelling, graphic design, UX design, advertising ... but also in the field of strategic advice/consultancy.
