framework agreement with an all -round grossist for the delivery of dry food - dairy products- Frozen bread, ready -made, fryer and desserts - drinks - frozen vegetables, starches and herbs - fresh fish and smoked fish and fresh food in plant garden Meise.

The assignment is a framework agreement for supplying various foods to Botentuin Meise. The selectedSupplier is responsible for the timely and conforming delivery of the products in accordance with the needs and specifications of the contracting authority. The contracting author, however, reserves the right to purchase the products from the selected supplier if not available elsewhere, depending onthe stock at the supplier. This assignment is an assignment for deliveries in the sense Art. 2, 20 of the law on government contracts of 17 June 2016.
