Description:
Framework agreement aimed at the renovation of air treatment plants
The CUSL Technical Department wishes to conclude a framework agreement in order to have a reserve of entrepreneurs with a view to carrying out various renovation works of air treatment plants (HVAC) on the site of Saint-Luc university clinics . The current air treatment plant has approximately a 30 -range of power plants (GPGE Group Group Pulse/ Group Extraction) which must be renovated/ replaced in the coming years. The rate of replacement of these power plants is estimated between 2 and 8 by 12 months according to the needs of the contracting authority and its capacity to launch the markets. Important: the allocation of this framework agreement will allow the allocation in stride the First subsequent public market whose description is found in the technical part of the CSC. Subsequent subsequent public procurement will be awarded on the basis of rejection in competition between economic operators who have been selected in this framework agreement.
