- Framework agreement aimed at constituting a list of lawyers appointable by the Walloon Housing Society, the municipalities, the CPAS, the intermunicipal associations and public service housing companies in the context of the acquisition and development of land in order to create housing of public interestc via public-private partnerships
As part of the recovery plan, the Walloon Government approved, on December 15, 2022, a note relating to program 243: increasing the creation of public interest housing via public partnerships - private.
This program provides in particular for the acquisitionition and development of land by the SWL, the SLSP, the municipalities, the CPAS and the intermunicipal associations.
The various projects carried out by the "PAB" will be validated by an acquisition monitoring committee and approved by the Walloon Government.
The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of servicesices to carry out a legal, financial and commercial arrangement for a public - private partnership operation depending on the nature of the project proposed by the "PAB", taking into account:
- collaboration or cooperation between the "PAB" and one or more private sector companies.
