Framework agreement aimed at compiling lists of lawyers who can be designated by the Walloon Government and its services as well as by certain bodies which depend on the Walloon Region, entered into by direct negotiated procedure with prior publication based on Article 89, §1, al 1st, 1 of the law of 1June 7, 2016 on public procurement.
The contract is for the provision of legal services relating to the following matters: liability law and civil law (lot 1), debt recovery (lot 2), business law and labor law. insolvency (lot 7), finance and tax lawlocal and regional quality (lot 9), civil service law - judicial litigation (lot 19) and civil service law - administrative litigation (lot 20).
