Advice and guidance to Ghent emergency buyers in quality and energy-efficient living and renovation.
The City of Ghent and OCMW Ghent provide support to vulnerable Ghent owner-occupiers whose homes are in poor condition and who do not (or cannot) have the financial resources to pay for this. sufficient to renovate, so-called 'emergency buyers'.
