The service provider is responsible for the complete functional and technical maintenance of the website. The service provider develops a formula for permanent optimal performance operation of the Thuispunt Gent website. The service provider ensures that all aspects regarding problems, adjustments, extensions, etc. are managed in a clear manner by means of: a project management system that enables simple interaction between Thuispunt Gent and the service provider makes. The service provider is responsible for expanding and adapting the existing website www.thuispuntgent.be within the existing CMS system Drupal upon request. The service provider advises Thuispunt Gent regarding the user-friendliness and possible optimizations of the website. The service provider ensures excellent and efficient security of the website and complies with GDPR legislation. The service provider advises Thuispunt Gent regarding the security and privacy of the website www.thuispuntgent.be. The service provider guarantees that all adjustments and extensions carried out by him … the website complies with the provisions set out in the European Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (https://european-union.europa.eu/web-accessibility-policy and or https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/ ) and future successors to this legislation.
