The contract is divided into lots as follows:
Lot 1 "Single-use products"
Lot 2 "Heat-sealable products"
Lot 3 "Single-use clothing"
The framework agreement is a contract in which the successful tenderer does not deliver not all of the supplies at once, but by split deliveries on the basis of a vouchers of successive orders according to the needs of the contracting authority, throughout the duration of the contract, and this for each lot.
The contract covers all the products in the attached inventory and the tenderer's catalog in the categories of defined products. It is therefore possible thatthat the successful tenderer receives requests for additional products during the performance of the contract because it was impossible for the contracting authority to list all of its needs for such a long period. Additional products will be subject to the requirements of this specification.charges.
