Description:
This assignment must lead to a non-exclusive framework agreement with one supplier for the acquisition of licenses, usage rights, cloud subscriptions and/or maintenance and/or support programs with regard to "multi-vendor" standard software, which can be delivered in a traditional manner (via download or on carrier)and/or is offered as a service (cloud service). The contractor provides an optional (for the customers) "multi-vendor" service package, from purchasing and management advice (on licensing conditions, pricing models, different versions and terms of use, etc.) up to and including: guidance with the installation or activation and commissioning.
