Description:
The subject of this market is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the acquisition of coach and battery sweeping and their maintenance (preventive and curative), including the acquisition of accessories and spare parts. The market also relates to maintenance (preventive and curative) existing cars and sweepers currently. The market includes the combined needs of the different Operational Entities of the STIB. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 2 contractors, the second best placed contractor that can serve as back-ups. The modalities of Using the backup's contractor will be defined in the CSC. The framework agreement with regard to machine supplies will be concluded for a firm duration of 8 years, which makes it possible to gradually harmonize as the end of life of the machines currently in service Fleet of cars and sweepers in STIB service. With regard to the maintenance component (preventive and curative) and supplies of spare parts, the framework agreement will also be concluded for a firm period of 8 years which may be tacitly extended for 4 additional periods of a year. The duration of the supplies and maintenance services ensures that there is controlled cost at the time of the award of the market the cost of possession of this fleet over its lifespan.
