Description:
The subject of this market is the conclusion of a framework agreement relating to the acquisition of driver seats for trams as well as on the spare parts necessary for their repair. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 1 contractor. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of 5 years which can be tacitly renewed three times, each time for a period of one year. However, the STIB may decide not to apply these renewals for the sending of a notice. The terms will be more widely described in the CSC.
