- The purpose of this framework agreement is the staggered supply of breads and pastries.
The purpose of this contract is to designate several economic operators with whom a framework agreement will be concluded for the benefit of which the contracting authority may place orders according to the procedure defined in the clauses contractedthem and at the unit prices set in the bidders' offer.
This framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years maximum (1 year renewable 3 times).
