This contract concerns: - the treatment of the plasma provided by the blood transfusion institutions approved by the competent minister in Belgium; the payment of an indemnity per liter of plasma provided as fixed by the king; - quarantine and the maintenance of the plasma pending the acceptance, distribution or refusal of it; - the guarantee Hospitals of a sufficient supply of stable plasma derivatives manufactured from this plasma, as well as the constitution and maintenance of a strategic stock of the products concerned made from this plasma.
