This contract deals with the organization of three innovative training offers in the three regions (specific for the Flemish Community, the Walloon Region and the Brussels Region) for a better home care of the problematic consumption of psychoactive substances, with a Particular attention for the consumption of alcohol and illicit drugs. These trainings are based on the latest evidence-based evidence. This training offer is intended for mobile teams initiated as part of the mental health care reform. This training offer focuses on the continuum of care of the care of the patient. Aspects affecting health prevention and promotion are excluded from this training.
