- In accordance with the Law 1991 and article 10 of the bpost Corporate Governance Charter, bpost is audited by a board of 4 auditors (the "Joint Auditors"): 2 auditors appointed by the Audit Court; 2 auditors appointed by the bpost's general meeting of shareholders.The current audit mandates will end at the bpost annual general meeting of shareholders of May 8, 2024 (their last audit covering the 2023 financial year, ending on December 31, 2023). This mandate covers the scope of the lot nr 1 of the present tender nr 2023-1-032.The present award procedure is organized for audit services from the 2024 financial year onwards (starting on January 1, 2024).The tender is divided into the following lots:Lot 1 Audit opinion on the statutory and consolidated financial statements of bpost NV/SA and the subsidiariesLot 2: Audit opinion on the statutory financial statements for the year then ended for the Belgian subsidiaries prepared in accordance with Belgian GAAP.
