Description:
Local Signal is a process and digital tool with the use of local sensors (1st line field workers) to substantiated local social policy. In the Local Signal process, we want the local social policy of local authorities to connect more closely with the needs of vulnerable citizens in their territory. This assignment is about the development of a digital tool in a co-creation process immediately external partner (s) to capture these signals from the process via 1st line of field workers and then process them into policy advice at different policy levels. Within this assignment we are explicitly looking for a software developer with knowledge and expertise, to in co-creation with VVSG and the partners Local Signal (10 local authorities) with expansion Vivel and Elz Gent; District09, to realize a digital tool.
