This is one of the quantitative cytology and measures multiple parameters such as the cell size, the cellularGranularity, the expression of membrane and cytoplasmic antigens and the DNA content in individual cells. FlowcyTometry therefore mainly finds its clinical application in hematology and immunology and clinical biologists initially aim for analysis via flow cytometry of theNext steel types: peripheral blood (EDTA) (230/year) and bone marrow (EDTA) (670/year). In the future, the applications will still expand greatly thanks to the development of new antibodies and fluorocromes, and the increasing use of flow cytometry in molecular biology. The assignment includesIn addition to the purchase of the equipment, a framework agreement with regard to supplying consumption materials and reagents for the analyzes on peripheral blood and that on bone marrow over a duration of 4 years, two times extending with a period of 2 years (4 +2 +2).
