• Description:
• A work market whose purpose is to create a flood expansion zone (ZEC) with a volume of around 25,000 m³, on the Thyle stream, at a place called "Moulin d'Hollers", in Villers-la-Ville. The work area is currently occupied by a grazed meadow, the entire site with a wet character. The execution of the work is subject to the following points, to which the sparkle of the tenderer is drawn: • The work is the subject of archaeological monitoring by the AWAP (see articles 38/12 and 79 in part 3 below); • The market contains the following environmental clause: DNSH clauses (see point 11 of generalities below); • Trees slaughter work should be carried out outside the bird's nesting period from April 1 to July 31.
