The aim of this public allocation procedure is to conclude an agreement of domain concession with the candidate concessioner who meets the requirements that are set. The concessionaire will subsequently renovate the property to which the concession relates to his costs with respect for its heritage value. He will then upholster and set up the renovated well -up and design and will be responsible for its qualitative operation (all this in accordance with the guidelines of this specifications). The concessionaire will carefully respect the conditions of the concession agreement and pay the concession fee annually to the concession provider.
