- This assignment consists of setting up and conducting an evaluation study of the ESF+ call inclusive work floors. The ESF+ call "Inclusive work floors" is financed within the ESF+ operational program 2021-2027. With this call, the European Programs department (hereinafter: Europe financesWSE) within the Science, Economy, Work, Innovation and Social Economics Department (WEWIS) partnerships that support companies and their work floors with a coherent service offering with regard to intake and retention issues of vulnerable groups on the labor market. Sheshould do this by supporting companies in Flanders and providing concrete handles so that companies can better deal with the inflow and retention of more vulnerable groups (including non-professionals, people with a (labor) disability/disability, long-termJob seekers, people with a migration background, former prisoners, single-parent families, ...) and being able to formulate structural answers to this. The services offered must lead to an anchored inflow and retention policy in companies.
