- This contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, following it, subsequent contracts for the supply of reactive products used for the treatment of waste water. The framework agreement aims to designate a maximum of three bidders who submitted the economy tenderthe most advantageous on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I. Part I. "Award criteria applied to the framework agreement" of the CSC). During each subsequent contract, these three economic operators will be put back into competition on the basis of tender criteriaaward specific to subsequent contracts (see Title I. Part I. "Award criteria applied to subsequent public contracts" of the CSC).
