- The contracting authority has taken the initiative to supply the Rode Weel pumping station with green energy and has completed a preparation process via the Innovative Public Procurement Program (PIO). A number of conceptual solutions emerged from this preliminary research. The recommendationThe current government wants to investigate the feasibility of these concepts or another unknown concept, taking into account a limited number of functionalities (use cases) of these concepts. In a first step, the contracting authority wants to test the feasibility of these solutions on a number of chave critical parameters examined in order to compare the concepts. Once one concept can be identified as the most feasible based on this comparative feasibility study, to be carried out by three different parties, she wants to have that concept examined in detail byone party.
