The object of this assignment is the insurance externalization of the pension obligations of C-smart dv with regard to the accountability contributions owed to the Federal Pension Service (FPD) for the retirement and survivor's pensions of (former) statutory employees and their successors in title. The chosen insurer is responsible for building up and managing reserves aimed at covering future accountability contributions associated with the 31 to finance pension rights acquired in December 2025, under clear contractual guarantees regarding capital protection and returns.
