Object of the assignment:
This assignment relates to services provided by a recognized external service for prevention and protection at work (EDPBW) for the deployment of specialized prevention advisors and experts to support the welfare policy of Ghent University, with special attention to psychosocial welfare policy.
Explanation:
Ghent University has an extensive internal service for prevention and protection at work (IDPBW), including an internal service for medical supervision and a team of confidential counselors.
The aim of this framework agreement is to: by using flexible and expert external support where internal expertise or capacity is insufficient, with special attention to the psychosocial aspects of the work.
For the latter, the psychosocial aspects of the work, Ghent University chooses to take a structural approach way to call on the services of a prevention advisor on psychosocial aspects of an external service for prevention and protection at work. For the other welfare domains (safety, health, ergonomics, occupational hygiene), a competent external prevention advisor is deployed. as necessary and on 'call'.
The framework agreement includes the possibility to activate the following profiles and services, described in more detail in section III.1:
