Description:
Object of these services: External guidance for a development process on leadership and intervisions for a period of 12 months, and maximum three times extended for a period of 12 months each. Explanation: We are an organization of 450 employees, including a strong middle management with +/- 60 team coordinators as managers. Over the past four years, a lot of work has been done on developing a common mission and vision in the organization. The focus was also on developing leadership and a positive culture. An external consultant has fully supervised our organization in this process. Today we are a lot advanced in maturity. Team coordinators have developed themselves in groups and individually in their skills. The basis for positive leadership and the translation/translation of the vision into services and team operation were laid. The employees of all teams were also involved in the story in 2024 by organizing short positive workshops on various themes.
