Explanation: This service assignment consists of the following facets: The consultant evaluates the investment portfolio, including the agreements entered into with asset managers (*) The consultant provides investment advice to the management committee, the audit committee and the governing body. In addition to asset management, he also provides advice on alternative financing of projects (PPP, bond loans, real estate investment trusts, etc.). The consultant manages on the basis of the agreed investment advice actively manages the investment portfolio, including responsibility for purchases and sales. The consultant coordinates all aspects of asset management. This coordinating task also includes determining positions on questions from the asset managers(*). The coordinating role also involves participation, upon request, in the meetings of the management committee, the audit committee and the governing body. The consultant reports to the chairman of the governing body, to the chairman of the management committee and to the director. The consultant is responsible for reporting and 3-monthly discussions on the financial markets and asset management. The consultant is responsible for the development of a vision regarding asset management in relation to LSM's assignments.
