Description:
Residential care center Meulenbroek is part of the elderly facilities of OCMW Hamme. It has 4 departments with 41 residents/rooms each. 1 of the 4 departments is a protected department for people with dementia. In 2024, at the request of the local administration, an external organizational study/screening became Performed with regard to the professional functioning and the well -being of the healthcare staff. In the context of that study, the healthcare staff were defined into departmental managers, nurses (day/night/flip), health care professionals (day/night/flip), logistics employees and hotel employees. That group has a total of +/- 100 employees. The final report of the organizational study has given rise to an action/remediation plan, which is now in implementation. For the remedialization of the aspects that under the heading work pressure / workload / workforce / staffing / Personnel deployment, OCMW Hamme wishes to be assisted by an external partner.
