Description:
This assignment includes the exploitation of the UGent-Shop through a concession. UGent is looking for a concessionaire who manages the offer and sale of the UGent merchandise from A to Z. This embraces the product proposals, design, purchase, stock management (for the webshop and in the physical shops), providing mobile shops, managing the webshop, the logistics handling, the service after purchase, etc. The UGent also counts on the concessionaire for the marketing and promotion plan of the UGent-Shop. The assignment is described in detail under point "2. Technical provisions ". Each tenderer can only submit one quotation. However, the submission of the initial quotation does not prevent negotiations from being conducted and subsequent quotations are submitted, nor that the final quotation is submitted. UGent is possible with one or more tenderers Negotiating the conditions of their registration but is not obliged to do so. Therefore, always submit your best quotation. UGent will conclude a concession agreement with the chosen concessionaire where rights and obligations from this document will be refined and possibly are supplemented.
