- The objective targeted through this structure is, in the long term, the creation of jobs through the development and recognition of creative professions, thus contributing to the economic attractiveness of the Montois territory and the region. The main mission of the operator will therefore be to professionalize designers (students, project leaders and starters) via an offer of support services, while providing these people with rental spaces for their creations. The concessionaire will have to initiate synergies with sector partners or in connection with it (National School of Visual Arts and other schools in connection with this theme, Museum Pole of the City of Mons, Shops, Businesses and ASBL Partners , etc.). The concessionaire will develop development projects, will ensure the implementation of unifying projects and taking collaboration with this type of project with sector partners.
