- The BE-Nature project within the former coal laundering companies 1 and 3 is an innovative and ambitious re-use project that transforms the imposing coal laundering companies of the former my site in Beringen into an experience project where nature, water and industrial heritage come together. This as part of the Be-Mine Site in Beringen where NV BE-MINE has appointed NV LRM as a proxy to act as a client for its name and account (hereinafter "Project"). With the Coal Washing Complex, Be-Mine has a piece of industrial heritage that is unique in Flanders, Belgium and even Europe. The heart of the production process was not kept on any other mine site. Within Be-Nature, the imposing coal washes 1 and 3 are partly pit, partly restored and partly re-used. The project includes various demolition and restoration works within the building, but also includes infrastructure and landscape layout t.h.v. The trailing park.
