Description:
The present assignment concerns the execution of road and sewerage works in the Nieuwstraat and A. De Beusscherplein on the territory of the municipality of Zaventem. More specifically: • Laying out the route and the works; • Marking out all the heights in a permanent way before the start of the workand;• The removal of obstacles, all kinds of demolition and/or demolition, general dry earthmoving (excavation and raising), soil improvements, etc.;• The construction of sub-foundations, foundations and pavements (concrete, cobblestone pavement, mosaic pavement)• Associated works: construction from oe.g. embroidery, water channels, metal profiles;• Building a separate sewerage system;o Construction of an inspection pit;o Construction of a custom structure;o Placing buffer basins with slip trap;o Placing new covers on existing access pits;o Realizing house connectiono The insurance and maintenance of the existing water drainage;o All kinds of adaptation works;• Planting the green areas and placing street furniture• The maintenance of the green areas during the maintenance period.
