Lot 1: cleaning services (window washing)
Infrabel is looking for a suitable cleaning company to carry out cleaning tasks with an obligation of result, provided that the cleaning frequencies are respected, as indicated in the cleaning programs and the cleaning template. calculation, which will be added as annexes to the special specifications. These tasks include, among others:
-Daily and periodic cleaning of premises, contents and ancillary installations of various types of buildings (with different functions) and their immediate environment;
-Storage andselective sorting of waste;
-Supply and distribution of consumable products (sanitary);
-Cleaning of exterior glazing, roof glazing, polycarbonate facade panels, interior glazing, Plexiglas screens, doors sectionals and exterior doors
-Carry out specialized maintenance of floors and surfaces;
-Carry out additional maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Infrabel wants a stable and professional cleaning service that is efficient, manageable, flexible and adapted to the organization and type of building. The loanservice center must create a hygienic, healthy and pleasant (working) environment for both Infrabel employees and visitors.
