- Lot 1: cleaning services (window washing) Infrabel is looking for a suitable cleaning company to carry out cleaning tasks with an obligation of result, provided that the cleaning frequencies are respected, as indicated in the cleaning programs and the calculation model, which will be added as an annex to the special specifications. These tasks include, among others: - Daily and periodic cleaning of the premises, contents and ancillary installations of various types of buildings (with different functions) and their immediate environment; - Tidying upand selective sorting of waste; - The supply and distribution of consumable (sanitary) products; - Cleaning of exterior glazing, roof glazing, polycarbonate facade panels, interior glazing, sectional doors and exterior doors; - Performspecialized maintenance of floors and surfaces; - Perform additional maintenance and cleaning tasks. Infrabel wants a stable and professional cleaning service that is efficient, manageable, flexible and adapted to the organization and type of building. The service providermust create a hygienic, healthy and pleasant (working) environment for both Infrabel employees and visitors.
