Description:
To carry out the "Fetes des Lumieres" project, the City of Mons wishes to join the services of a company specializing in large -scale event production. The service provider must take care of all the following missions: - Analysis of the technical feasibility of the works in thetime constraints imposed; - pre -production of the event in the time constraints imposed - assembly, maintenance and dismantling of artistic works in the city in the time constraints imposed; - Supervision of human assembly, technical and disassembly resources; - Logistics supervision: displacement and dispatching of the necessary equipment with lifting devices and trucks provided by an external company; - Consulting mission: the service providerwill advise the contracting authority in carrying out tasks identified and necessary for the smooth running of the project; - Implementation of a team.
