- Given the need to urgently find nurses, the intersectoral fund of health services (purposes) organizes various projects which allow workers wishing to start a second career in health care to undergo training. The ends requires a certain Certainness as to the choice of training, motivation and chances of success of candidates, those must therefore be selected by an assessor. To this end, the assessor fulfills the following missions: • Evaluate the choice of training, motivation and chances of success for candidates; • formulate an objective, motivated and nuanced opinion concerning the ability of each candidate to follow the training.
