Description : Subject to the adoption of the Annual Work Programme 2022, the Europe's Rail Joint Undertaking will launch a call for tender for a single framework contract (one per lot) to perform the activities established in the Council Regulation (EU) 2021/2085 for the System Pillar (Articles 91 and 96). The call for tenders will be divided in three lots:
— lot 1 - system pillar core group: the contractor shall provide expertise with system engineer knowledge developed in rail or other fields, which collectively represent the main stakeholders of the rail sector;
— lot 2 - system pillar expertise: the contractor shall deliver the work defined initially in the report of the European Commission on the System Pillar of July 2021;
— lot 3 - CCS TSI maintenance activities. The contractor shall ensure that there is a continued need to ensure that the current and future CCS TSI specifications are properly maintained to be able to introduce innovative solutions.
