- * Study and complete design of a heating network and a centralized boiler room operating exclusively on wood pellets (pellets) to supply the buildings of the Ecole Libre de Saint-Hubert. * Construction, construction, commissioning and validation of the entire installation; * Maintenance with upkeep and monitoring over a long period of 10 years of the entire installation. The heat network will supply 4 new heat exchange substations to replace the current oil-fired boiler rooms and the substation of the new boarding school. The centralized wood-fired boiler room will necessarily be located in the current boiler room of building B2 (Champagnat 1). The choice of the project owner is to have 2 boilers wood installed in this location. There are no plans to install or maintain a backup oil boiler in addition to these 2 boilers.
