The solution provided has the appropriate features to: • Save the digital archives concerned and their metadata / • Store and preserve the recorded digital archives (keep them readablein the long term) / • Manage stored digital information: data management and conservation management / • Guarantee controlled access to stored data / • Provide administrative tools such as reports and audits / • Provide support servicesgenerals such as identification / authentication, access control, data integrity, data confidentiality and non-repudiation / • Respect current and European Belgian and European legal requirements in terms of storage and management of digital digital information(GDPR, Digital Act, Eidas, etc.) / • Respect international archiving standards (oais, food, first, etc.).
