- The assignment consists of three parts: part 1 is the performance of the list of measurements set by IVBO on the flue gases of the three waste incineration of IVBO (Line A, B and C). These measurements take place on a regular basis and according to an annual plan as described under point III.2.2 overview of the flue gas measurements. Part 2 is the performance of all inspections and mandatory checks (QAL2 and AST) on the automatic measuring systems of the three lines of IVBO as described under point III.2.3 Overview of the inspections. Part 3 is the execution of measurements and drafting a report in the context of the report that IVBO must make regarding the ETS uncertainty calculation of the CEMS (continuous emission system) of the three lines of IVBO. The assignment is a total package and must contain the three parts. Subcontracting is not permitted for this assignment. The assignment runs for 3 years: the basic assignment of 1 year and then another twice tacit extension of 1 year.
