This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work: - Lot 1: Architecture o Isolation of the tilted roof of the building with street o Insulation of the facades from the outside o Insulation of the floor on cellar o Replacement of the Garage door o Resolution of infiltration problems at the scene of the great room - lot 2: photovoltaic o 15 kWc placement of photovoltaic panels in roof (+29 kWc optional) - Lot 3: HVAC -SN O ventilation Establishment of a double flow ventilation system for stages +1 and +2. Regulation with humidity probe and CO2. o Renovation of heat production installations placement of an air/water heat pump on the small existing roof at the corner of the street building (see submission plans) to power the soil and existing radiator heating circuits - Group group ventilation via a hot battery.
