- This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works (general description of the work to be carried out): Improvement of the energy envelope of the Ninane sports hall while simplifying and modifying the aesthetic appearance of the building. Creation of a compliant ventilation system. Renovation and expansion of the cafeteria This contract is linked to UREBA subsidies. The reception of this contract is therefore planned and imposed. For the market, the end of the work is necessarily the end September 2027. This contract does not include the development of the parking lot and surrounding areas. The work described above is not exhaustive. The details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary measurement annexed to the special specifications. It is expressly stipulated that the contractor must carry out the work according to the rules of the art. The execution locations are defined as follows (see also plans and measurements): This involves working on the exterior envelope as well as inside the volume hall, cafeteria, changing rooms and outbuildings. This volume is accessible on these 4 facades. Sports activities in the hall will be maintained throughout the construction period. Necessary and sufficient means of protection will be put in place works to protect users as well as places from a bad weather point of view.
