This call for projects is subsidized by the Walloon Region, by an exceptional ureba 2022-2024-Vague 2. The energy renovation work to be carried out concern the building of the Limal sports center located on rue Charles Jaumotte, 156 to 1300 Wavre (Limal) and will include, in the form of lots, theFollowing work: Lot 1: Architecture / demolition / Interior roofs / finishes Description of basic work: - Installation of a new roof and accessories - Installation of a new insulation from the outside and a new waterproofing See specification Point A2.5 of this Special Specifications.Lot 2: HVAC Description of the basic work: - Supply, assembly and connection of the heating installation - Supply, mounting and connection of the gas distribution - Supply, mounting and connection of domestic hot water production. - Supply, assembly and connection ofregulation equipment; - Supply, assembly and connection of electrical tables; - Supply, assembly and connection of regulation.
