Description:
The services concern an energy renovation and partial restructuring project of the ASBL Oxfam-Magasins of the world's headquarters, located 285 Rue Provincial at 1301 Wavre. This building of two levels (+/- 2750 m2 of surface on the ground) shelters a warehouse (+/- 2300 m2 gross on a single level)For the storage of food and craft products and the sorting of second-hand clothes, as well as the administrative part of the ASBL (+/- 900 m2 gross on two levels). These two spaces with different activities are compartmentalized. It is a building in his fifty years thathas never been renovated. The energy renovation part includes the optimization of the insulation of the envelope and equipment in special techniquesas well as the development of renewable energy sources. To this is added the compliancefrom the entire building as well as some specific warehouse renovation works.
