Description:
The energy renovation of 36 housing units - Work situation: rue Jean Malpas 1 to 8, 10 to 15, 17 to 19, 21 to 23, 25 to 32 and 34 to 48 (peers), at 4102 ougree. The tenderer is required to visit the premises. The site visit is therefore compulsory and two dates are offered to Submissives: 21.08.2025 at 2 p.m. and 02.09.2025 at 9 a.m. Address of the visit: meet in front of the number 1 rue Jean Malpas at 4102 Ougree. A visit certificate will be given by the owner, or his delegate, at the end of the visit. The visit is compulsory under penalty irregularity of the offer. The tenderer is invited to complete/sign the visit certificate by the contractor and to join it when submitting his offer. If the tenderer omits to provide it, the contractor expressly reserves the right to invite him to complete/explain Its offer on the basis of article 66, §3 of the law of June 17, 2016. A forum is open to the e-procurement platform for this market so as to leave the possibility of economic operators to ask their questions until 09/09/2025. From 09/10/2025, the forum remains open for consultation But the contracting authority will no longer answer the questions asked so as not to prejudice the offers introduced into the safe from this date.
