- This market relates to a set of energy and technical renovation work of 24 dwellings located in Herbuchenne, divided into two groups: 10 dwellings (types C1 and C2) divided into 3 volumes 14 individual dwellings (types A1, B1, B2) The planned interventions include in particular: Building envelope: Thermal insulation from the exterior of the walls (EPS 14 cm) and finish Autoid toy. Roof: Sarking insulation, abolition or closure of chimneys, creation of skylights, treatment of gables against thermal bridges. Exterior joinery: replacement of garage doors with isolated models, adaptation or partial replacement of chassis (in particular glazing and integrated ventilation), placement of compliant railings. Electricity technical installations: full compliance, new specific sockets (hood, ventilation), outdoor lighting, wireless bell.
