- The market aims to improve the energy performance of several buildings and therefore aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, compared to the reference situation of the building. To this end, the candidate will undertake, at the end of the procurement procedure, to:a) Achieve as soon as possible and maintain throughout the duration of the contract, the objectives of (i) improvement of energy performance, (ii) reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, (iii) coverage of building consumption through renewable energy production (ENR),as they were set for the PABs and expressed, respectively, in level of primary energy consumption to be achieved, in CO2 equivalent mass and in percent. The minimum objectives expected in relation to the initial situation of the building will be mentioned in the CSCh, it being understood that theThe PA could reserve the right to reject the offer that does not meet this requirement at the end of the negotiations. For information, the performances currently calculated are /-45% in primary energy and /-45% in greenhouse gases.
